I've decided to write a post without abstractness, I just feel like doing so. Well, I'll get straight to the point and tell you, my friends, one of the reasons why I am upset..I'll reveal the rest soon..It's either too horrible to be read in one go, Or it's too long, or I'll probrably cry while tying the rest. Before i begin, i have to say that I am a buddhist philosipher, i have no intention of insulting religion, or critisising methodist/christians. I believe in equality and compassion. Well. My great-grand parents, (Yes, the're still living.) were converted to christians, by my great aunt. I am shocked and despaired because my great grandparents were buddhists all their lives, and at this last end of living at 97 years, they get converted FORCEFULLY. Why? I don't know. THe point is that, doing this, is like raping someone of his dignity. or of his belief when he is injured or not thinking clearly. It's like stabbing your own best friend you've known for long when he's sick and tired and almost dead, and taking away his trust and spirit, etc etc. What shocks me even more, is that my grand-aunt's mother is my great grand mother.

Can you imagine. why. you're converting a 97 year old woman and man to christians when they are suffering from memory loss, disease, and other ailments. and the're buddhists and even once...hated christianity. It's just terrible. What's worse is that you're doing it to your own mother. Can you imagine taking something from your mother that she has treasured, but losing grip? It's disgusting. It's horrible. I've been to many churches, seen the bad stuff and the great stuff about christianity. Believe me, It's one, big, wonderful religion. But..i mean, my aunt like brings out the worst. this is not the only time though. my other side of the family, they converted my grandparents to christians. They also did it to my grandmother. i have to go now, i'm sick. i feel terrible. post later.
