Farewell. An empty Feeling resides in My heart, You're gone, I'm no longer happy as a lark, Angst and Sadness overtake my mind As i think of your departure and find, How sad it is to say Farewell, To a person who one lived, fell, Cried, Laughed and played, Who now slowly seems to fade away. Even though You're still here, I miss you so much, The wonders of your love, and such, Care, Jest, Laughter and Glory, All suddenly seem like folly. The days seem so long, I really wish for your song! And hope that one day, You'd come back happy and gay. But in the end, All things must pass, Though the truth comes to me last. Now as you walk to the bridge between us, Everything else seems to turn into dust.
